Job summary

Mesa Labs, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler II to perform intermediate assembly tasks in our production department. You will ensure accurate, efficient assembly, follow safety standards, and mentor entry-level staff.

This role supports process improvements and quality control across multiple product lines. We offer a base compensation range with a 10% annual bonus opportunity, extensive benefits starting the first month, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of production assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and assembly machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies using hand/power tools and automated equipment.
• Follow detailed drawings, blueprints, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform functional testing and quality checks on assemblies during production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues and support process improvements.
• Mentor entry-level assemblers and assist with on-the-job training.
