Mesa Labs is seeking a Production Assembler II in Lakewood, CO. This role performs intermediate assembly tasks, follows detailed drawings, and uses advanced tools to ensure quality and safety. You will mentor entry-level staff and help drive improvements in the assembly process.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in production assembly, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read blueprints. The position offers a base hourly wage with a 10% annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.

Responsabilités

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies into finished products using advanced tools and equipment.
• Follow detailed technical drawings and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct functional testing and quality checks on completed assemblies.
• Mentor entry-level assemblers and assist with troubleshooting and process improvements.
