Mesa Labs is seeking a Machine Operator II to set up, operate, and maintain advanced production machinery with minimal supervision. You will monitor performance, adjust parameters, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will mentor junior operators, assist with training, and participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. A strong focus on detail and teamwork is essential in this mid-level role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of machine operation experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate advanced production machinery per job specifications.
• Monitor performance and adjust speed, pressure, and temperature as needed.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate more complex ones to maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration tasks.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Mentor junior operators and participate in process improvements.
