Mesa Labs is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Operator I to safely and efficiently package products for distribution. The role focuses on following established procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring packaging meets quality standards while supporting production goals.

Responsibilities include packaging, machine operation, visual inspection, and basic maintenance tasks. Candidates should be able to meet daily targets and work with the team in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Package finished products according to guidelines using boxes, bags, shrink wrap and labels.
• Operate basic packaging machinery (heat sealers, bagging, labeling, carton sealing).
• Assemble product cartons ensuring correct quantity, size and product specs.
• Place products into containers and ensure secure packaging.
• Perform visual inspection of packaged products before sealing or advancement.
