Job summary

Anlin Windows & Doors (A MITER Brands Company) in Clovis, CA is seeking a Production Assembler II / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will follow safety procedures, read production orders, and operate saws, drills, punches, and routers to assemble insulated glass and hardware.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a safety-first mindset, with opportunities for cross-training, tuition reimbursement, and strong benefits. Starting pay is from $20.00/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production orders.
• Basic math skills for measurements and part counts.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, move and perform repetitive tasks during shift.
• Strong teamwork, attendance and reliability.
• Quality-focused with a safety mindset.
• Customer-focused attitude and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
• Read and interpret production orders (size, specs, color, etc.).
• Operate equipment such as saws, drills, punches, and routers.
• Assemble window components, including insulated glass and hardware.
• Inspect products to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Identify issues and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

• Operate equipment such as saws, drills, punches, and routers
• Assemble window components, including insulated glass and hardware
• Inspect products to ensure high-quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
