Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembler I to join our manufacturing team. You will work on Quarter Pallet (QP) Line(s), conversion, and other kitting functions, assembling both automated and manual processes. You may back up other stations as needed.

Responsibilities include operating RF Sealer, QP conveyors, and other equipment, performing repetitive tasks, preparing boxed products for shipment, and maintaining 5S in the work area. Flexibility to move between stations is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Process assembly experience, preferably in manufacturing environment – At least 6 months
• Agility – Flexible to change to other QP Lines or areas in one shift
• Excellent eye-hand coordination
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks- while standing
• Attention to Detail
• Self-Motivation
• Understand and Follow Instructions
• Must be able to work with a team respectfully and effectively

Responsibilities

• Operate RF Sealer, QP Conveyors, Clamshell, and other kitting functions.
• Perform repetitive tasks per work instructions and metrics.
• Pack finished products: boxing, labeling, and palletizing.
• Keep the work area clean and follow 5S practices.
• Flag material shortages to leadership.
• May rotate to different stations per production needs.
