General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems in US-CA-Folsom is seeking a Production Assembler I to build mechanical and electrical subassemblies and units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and equipment.
The role requires fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts to meet tolerances and product operating requirements, and repairing units that fail to meet specifications. A HS diploma/GED and up to 3 years' experience are required.

Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairs units or products that have failed to meet requirements.
No or very little travel likely.
$42,900.00 - $58,000.00
The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
