Job summary

SPX Technologies, part of Engineered Air Movement and TAMCO, is hiring a General Labor in our Smyrna, TN manufacturing facility. You will support the paint line, unload laser-cut parts, and assist with assembly as directed by the supervisor in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in manufacturing or related field, basic math, and strong attention to detail. You must be mechanically inclined, able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanically inclined and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, orderly work area
• Verify material, sizes, and parts match work orders
• Assist with loading/unloading, packing, and shipping per instructions
• Report repairs or issues to supervisor
• Operate within established quality and production guidelines
