Job summary

Dotson is seeking a production operator to support the operation of assigned mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will perform equipment operation and help ensure products meet quality standards, while maintaining accurate documentation and 5S cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, can follow written and verbal directions, and possess basic math and communication skills. Training is provided; safety and quality policies guide daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic math and communication skills are required.
• Candidate should be able to pass required vision tests and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment.
• Ensure items produced pass quality control requirements.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
