Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the McHenry, IL area is seeking Production Assemblers to join their team in a climate-controlled facility. The role offers full benefits, a 401K, and profit sharing. Various shifts with competitive hourly pay are available to match experience.

Positions include first through fifth shifts with pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Overtime may be required up to 60 hours per week based on demand.

Qualifications

• Arrange and inspect pumps, subassemblies, kits and components on and off production lines following verbal and written department procedures.
• Meet or exceed minimum required production rate.
• Meet or exceed required quality level following Instructions.
• Rotate through positions according to work schedule.
• Count, label and box pumps, kits and assemblies for inventory or shipment following Instructions.
• Regular, reliable attendance with potential overtime up to 60 hours per week.
