Job summary

MacLean Power Systems seeks a manufacturing technician to operate assigned mechanical equipment in our Tennessee fabrication facility. You will contribute to quality by ensuring items pass inspection, maintaining clean work areas, and documenting processes.

The role requires following 5S and safety, environmental, and quality policies, with supervision and opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Perform work under direct supervision.
• Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
• Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment.
• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.).
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
