Assemblers

Anderson Instruments is seeking individuals with a strong work ethic to join our Manufacturing team in Fultonville, NY. We are a world-class organization that is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. Our mission is to provide the best hygienic instrumentation solutions for processors of food, beverage, and life sciences products. As an Assembly team member, your commitment to producing flawless electro-mechanical components will be crucial. We currently have first shift openings: Monday-Friday, 6am-230pm.

Job Duties Include:

  • Follow detailed instructions to assemble products for shipment to customers.
  • Calibrate and test components to ensure operation is within specifications.
  • Complete required reporting, data entry, and checklists.
  • Assemble components by fitting, forming, and adding parts to create our end products.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels for parts used.

Skills we’re looking for:

Attention to detail and willingness to learn new things.

Ability to work collaboratively on a small team.

Self-motivated and driven to deliver results.

Soldering, precision wiring, buffing, soldering experience is helpful to have but not required. Don’t have these specific skills but have a mechanical/technical background? That’s ok - we offer on the job training!

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 17.00 - 25.00
