SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The 3rd Shift Production Roaster Operator Level 1 is responsible for performing all duties of a Trainee, including learning operations of various room product roasters such as loading, unloading, and cleaning. Operations include following GMPs and adhering to quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Study SOPs, pass associated tests, and perform related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as a 3rd Shift Production Roaster Operator Trainee.

OTHER: Candidate must be versatile, motivated, organized, and able to work varying hours. Environment can be stressful and fast-paced.

Physical Activities: Reading, writing, communication, vision, standing, walking, manual dexterity, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions: Office and/or manufacturing environment, indoor and outdoor, adhering to safety standards.
