Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is hiring for an assembler to build refrigeration components on the production line. You will use pneumatic and hand tools, fixtures, and testing processes to ensure high quality products are produced safely and efficiently.

The role requires following safety standards, inspecting parts, and sharing ideas to improve assembly methods while training new staff on procedures and techniques.

Position Responsibilities Include

• Assembling refrigeration components utilizing pneumatic/hand tools, fixtures and other manufacturing techniques into high quality products.
• Following safe work practices and company safety standards.
• Inspecting and testing new product in compliance with quality requirements.
• Sharing ideas and suggestions for improvements regarding product design and assembly in an effort to create quality and user-friendly products.
• Assist in defining assembly process & work instructions.
• Training new employees on procedures and assembly techniques.
