Production Assembler - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

At Magnetic Specialties, we build custom transformers and other magnetic devices for our customers. As a small but busy shop, our Production Assemblers are a key part of the team, assembling components to create customer-specific products. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential, but once you learn the process, the work becomes consistent and predictable.

What you'll do

1. Read and understand customer prints to assemble products.
2. Use various hand and power tools.
3. Pick parts and move products using a crane or forklift (training provided).
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Follow work instructions and complete all customer labeling and packaging requirements.
6. Work efficiently while maintaining company quality standards.

What you need to thrive in this role

1. High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
2. Machine operating or manufacturing experience (required).
3. A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
4. Be a team-oriented, reliable, safety-minded individual.
5. Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand daily.
6. Prior soldering, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus, but we are willing to train.
