Job description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Production Assembler to join our VALUES-based organization. This role involves:

1. Assembling semi-custom single door units using kitted frame parts and prepped doors
2. Operating various saws to cut materials
3. Preparing materials for assembly with precise measurements
4. Reading work orders to ensure assembly accuracy

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with hand tools, pneumatic staple guns, and electric tools
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions from supervisors and co-workers
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure
• Ability to read tape measures
