Job summary

Astronics in East Aurora, NY is seeking reliable, hands-on production team members for first shift. You will be trained to assemble aerospace lighting and panels, follow blueprints, perform quality checks, and work with a collaborative team to keep production moving in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

We offer a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, no weekend shifts, full benefits, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Great attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and be a team player.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.

Hourly pay range:$19.00 - $25.00/hour, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
