Astronics LSI offers a 9/80 work schedule where you can have every other Friday off with a slightly longer workday throughout the remaining weekdays. (NO WEEKENDS!!) New Hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period with our staffing partner. If completed successfully you will be offered a full‑time role with benefits the first of the month following your conversion date. Your probationary period will focus on attendance, quality, quantity, and LSI's core values (Teamwork, Passion, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, and Enduring Relationships.)
