Job summary

Aerotek in Topsham, ME is seeking a Production Assembler for 1st and 2nd shifts in a large warehouse environment. You will assemble components from start to finish using basic hand tools and measuring equipment, inspect work, and document results, with formal training provided.

You'll join a team-focused culture with safety emphasis, a structured development path, and a 90-day review. Shifts run 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 3:30 pm–12:00 am, with a warm, open workspace and opportunities for cross-training.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-first mentality with positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and document work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products start to finish per work instructions and quality standards.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment to complete assemblies.
• Inspect assemblies to meet specifications.
• Document completed work and production records.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in assembly and warehouse.
• Collaborate with team and support a positive, team-first environment.
• Lift/move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
