Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Production Workers for a leading manufacturing organization. You will join an assembly team on 1st and 2nd shifts, performing repetitive tasks with emphasis on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include assembling products to spec, verifying materials, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. The ideal candidate shows reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in complex assembly is preferred
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated competency in assembly roles (for higher levels)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly work to manufacture products efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Validate materials prior to assembly and review work instructions to ensure accuracy
• Build products according to specifications and within tolerances
• Load and unload products
• Complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Comply with all safety, quality, and work rules, including wearing appropriate PPE
