Job summary

Cibes|Symmetry is seeking a Production Assembler in Roanoke, IL to assemble elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs. The role requires careful use of hand and power tools, attention to detail, and adherence to safety practices.

You will perform quality checks, address assembly issues, operate specialized tooling, and move finished units to shipping. This is a full-time, Monday-Thursday shift starting at 5:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year prior assembly experience.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure product integrity.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues to improve efficiency.
• Operate special tooling and lifting devices as needed.
• Move completed assemblies to shipping without damage.
• Communicate with teammates and support other shifts.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Participate in training and cross-training as needed.
