Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of assembly experience.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• High attention to detail and strong teamwork.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform visual quality checks for product integrity.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues to improve efficiency.
• Operate tooling and lifting devices as needed.
• Move completed assemblies to shipping without damage.
• Communicate with teammates and support other shifts.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Participate in training and cross-training as needed.
