Job summary

Cibes|Symmetry in Roanoke, IL is seeking a full-time assembler to join our production team. You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, perform quality checks, and move assemblies through to shipping. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year prior assembly experience.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Assembling elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Performing visual quality checks to ensure product integrity
• Troubleshooting assembly issues to improve efficiency
• Operating special tooling and lifting devices as needed
• Moving completed assemblies to shipping without damage
• Communicating with teammates and supporting other shifts
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized
• Participating in training and cross-training as needed
