Job summary

Hörmann North America is seeking a factory associate to assemble precut steel garage door sections in a busy production environment. You will use hand and power tools, read work orders, and ensure accuracy while following safety rules. The role requires ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for long shifts.

No prior experience is required; transferable manufacturing experience is a plus. This is a full-time, day-shift position with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Able to lift 50-75lbs safely
• Able to stand for extended periods of time (10-12-hour days)
• Good hand-eye coordination

Physical Environment/Working Conditions

This position is in our manufacturing plant. It will involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day and requires repetitive motion of arms, shoulders, wrists and hands. The plant is not climate controlled and will require the employee to dress appropriately. Noise levels can become high so NWD provides and requires hearing protection in the department.
