Hörmann North America is seeking a full-time paint technician to inspect garage doors, apply primer and paint, and finish wood and steel doors. The role requires standing for long periods, working with respirators, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. A strong focus on quality and safety is essential.
The position is in production, with standard 1st shift hours, and offers benefits including health and retirement plans. Prior experience with paints and primers is preferred.

This position involves standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. It requires grasping and fine finger manipulation on both hands. The position requires stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. The plant is not climate controlled. Noise levels can become high. NWD provides and requires hearing protection in the department. The work is done in an area where moving mechanical equipment and vibration are located.
This position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and the ability to adjust focus.
