Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Operator I/Medical Assembler for a leading medical device manufacturer in Minnetonka, MN. You will join the manufacturing support team, assembling and testing devices in a cleanroom environment, with microscope work daily.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to quality. Temp-to-hire with first shift 4:45/5am–3:15/3:30pm; starting pay $18.25 per hour plus overtime, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components.
• Use microscope on a daily basis.
• Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues and improvements.
