1st shift: 4:45/5am-3:15/3:30pm, M-Thu - $18.25 +overtime
Temp-to-hire
Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment
Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components
Use microscope on a daily basis
Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues and improvements
Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
