Manpower in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Operator I/Medical Assembler to join a leading medical device manufacturing organization. You will assemble and test high-quality devices in a cleanroom, using a microscope daily.

The role requires following procedures, maintaining accurate manufacturing records, and strong attention to detail. 1st shift is 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday with overtime; temp-to-hire; pay $18.75 per hour.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn microscopy.
  • Able to read, understand and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom environment.
  • Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components.
  • Use microscope on a daily basis.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues and improvements.
