Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Assembler in Memphis, TN. The role pays $19.00 per hour with Monday-Friday shifts: 1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2nd shift 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, no weekends.

You will assemble electronic components, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations safe and efficient. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and prior assembly or manufacturing training is beneficial.

Job Duties
  • Assemble electronic components and products

  • Identify and report quality or production issues
  • Work with your team to keep production moving
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Production Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
