Job summary

Puma is seeking a Production Artist/Designer to prepare, adapt and deliver visual assets across print and digital channels. You will translate approved concepts into production-ready deliverables, support the creative team, and develop templates and style systems to ensure brand consistency.

The role emphasizes efficient production workflows, collaboration with designers, and delivering high-quality layouts under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Designer or similar role within an agency or in-house team.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of print and digital production processes, including layout, colour, file preparation and output specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time-management, with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Adapt approved assets for digital and print formats, resizing and versioning as needed.
• Build production-ready files aligned with brand guidelines and technical specs.
• Conduct preflight and QC reviews, adjusting layouts, typography, imagery and file specs.
• Create, modify and organise assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Develop and maintain templates, components, style systems and asset libraries for consistency.
• Maintain organised file structures and naming conventions for final deliverables.
• Provide design support for select projects, including layouts and asset adaptations of concepts.
• Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors and project partners to clarify requirements and manage revisions.
• Manage multiple assignments, prioritise work and meet deadlines while flagging timing or production issues.
