Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as Production Artist/Designer in an agency or in‑house team.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong design fundamentals and print/digital production knowledge.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Adapt approved assets for digital and print formats with resizing and versioning.
• Create production‑ready files aligned with brand guidelines and specs.
• Perform preflight QC and adjust layouts, typography, imagery, color and file specs.
• Create and modify assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (PS, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Develop templates, components, style systems, and asset libraries for consistency.
• Maintain organized files following established structures and naming conventions.
• Provide design support for select projects, including basic layouts and presentations.
• Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, and partners to manage revisions.
• Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and flag production issues early.
