PUMA is seeking a Production Artist/Designer (TEMP) in Somerville, MA. The role focuses on preparing, adapting, and delivering creative assets across print and digital channels, with emphasis on production execution and brand compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field and 3+ years of production experience, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is required or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience as a Production Artist/Designer or similar role in an agency or in‑house creative team.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design fundamentals and print/digital production processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational/time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Adapt approved creative assets for digital and print formats, including resizing and versioning.
Build production-ready files aligned with brand guidelines and technical specs.
Conduct preflight and quality-control reviews and adjust layouts, typography, imagery, color, and file specs.
Create, modify and organize assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Develop and maintain templates, components and asset libraries to support consistency and efficiency.
Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions for final and working files.
Provide design support for select projects, including layouts, presentations and asset adaptations.
Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors and project partners to clarify requirements and manage revisions.
