Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, assign and coordinate work activities for the team in a specific work area.
• Enforce all company guidelines and policies.
• Address associate performance issues as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean department.
• Meet weekly, monthly and annual goals for safety, quality and productivity.
• Listen to and develop associates when required.
• Resolve employee issues including union discussions when needed.
• Handle First Step Grievances and resolve issues without formal grievance.
• Ensure operators are trained in correct methods of the job.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product quality and delivery.
