Job summary

Supplyone in Tallassee, AL is seeking a self-motivated manufacturing supervisor to direct the manufacturing and shipping processes. The ideal candidate can prioritize workload, communicate clearly, and uphold safety in a team-based system while pursuing continuous improvement and quality workmanship to meet customer demands.

You will be responsible for asset security and maintenance, reporting of time, production, and material usage, and leading safety and process education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read factory drawings and use a tape measure.
• Strong mathematical ability and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and manage the manufacturing and shipping processes.
• Ensure Company assets and physical plant are secure and well maintained.
• Lead safety processes and educate staff in line with corporate policies.
• Report time, production, and material usage accurately.
• Drive quality and process reliability to minimize waste and maximize ROA.
