Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Area Manager, Warehouse to oversee receiving, shipping, and distribution in Aurora, IL. You will coach supervisors, drive safety compliance, and align warehouse activities with production goals.

Lead a large team, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement continuous improvement programs. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly rate with strong benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related management work experience.
• At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management with a track record of accomplishments and customer satisfaction in tech-driven companies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, storage and distribution operations.
• Direct activities and coach associates, leads and supervisors.
• Ensure safety, GMP and SQF compliance and PPE/hygiene policies.
• Cultivate HelloFresh core values within the team.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Coordinate with production to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
• Develop and implement warehousing training programs based on reviews.
• Interact with procurement to ensure inventory availability and section alignment.
