Responsibilities

• Facilitates start of shift and end of shift meetings for assigned areas.
• Collaborates with other areas to resolve issues.
• Ensures the area/team achieves goals and objectives.
• Provides training for associates as needed.
• Handles daily staffing decisions including coverage for breaks.
• First line of escalation for problems and safety observations.
