Job summary

Majestic Custom is seeking an Area Leader to drive daily performance on a production shift, guiding the team to meet schedules and metrics while upholding standards and Majestic values. This role will act as the first escalation point for daily issues and will promote continuous improvement through coaching and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in an industrial environment, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates start and end of shift meetings and participates in site communication meetings.
• Collaborates with other areas/teams to resolve issues.
• Ensures area/team achieves goals and objectives.
• Provides training for associates as needed.
• Completes required documentation or reporting as needed.
• Provides input on staffing, rotation, and scheduling decisions including coverage for breaks.
