You will develop operational plans, monitor metrics, manage budgets, and lead a team of area managers, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and cost efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• One to three years of plant manager experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Steel or manufacturing industry experience.
• Technologically savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the service center to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement operational plans to optimize production output, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.
• Manage a team of area managers and staff; set goals and coach employees.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets; identify cost-reduction opportunities.
