IronRoad is seeking a Quality Manager for an industrial manufacturing/machining environment in Cincinnati. You will lead quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction across growth markets.

The role partners with customers, suppliers, engineering, and operations to deliver outstanding quality performance while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field required.
• 7+ years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Process industries experience preferred.
• Proficiency with root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities across cross-functional teams.

The Quality Manager will partner closely with our client's customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver outstanding quality performance while supporting innovation and new product development. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), leading root cause and corrective action efforts, reducing the cost of poor quality, driving strong supplier quality performance, and ensuring consistent compliance with applicable industry, customer, and regulatory requirements.
