Job summary

Marcal Group is seeking a Production Analyst to optimize production operations through cost analysis, performance monitoring, and ERP/MRP data management. You will generate actionable insights and detailed reports to guide strategic decisions and enhance workflows.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus), and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Collaboration with management and technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma or data analytics tools are valued but not required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production, labor, and material costs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop cost models to enhance understanding of operational expenses.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records including WIP and finished goods.
• Perform root cause analyses for inventory discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Create detailed reports on production efficiency, downtime, and material usage.
• Track KPIs like throughput, yield, and downtime to support continuous improvement.
