CoreVest is seeking a Production Analyst (Originations) to maximize the RM's capacity by handling pipeline management, borrower communications, and Salesforce administration. The role advances to a Relationship Manager path, with strong emphasis on analytical support for cash flow modeling and credit memos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in mortgage lending, commercial lending, banking, or financial services.
• Experience supporting loan originators, sales teams, or relationship managers preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial or residential mortgage lending.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales support that allows the RM to maximize time on prospecting and originating loans.
• Manage inbound applications and coordinate loan intake.
• Serve as primary contact for borrower follow-up throughout the application process.
• Maintain Salesforce records and pipeline updates.
• Generate pipeline reports and assist with forecasting.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Assist with post-closing follow-up and refinance opportunities.
• Support larger or more complex opportunities with cash flow modeling and preliminary credit memos.
