Job summary

Redwood Trust, Inc. is seeking a Production Analyst for CoreVest Originations in Mill Valley, CA. The role focuses on removing admin tasks from Relationship Managers to boost loan origination potential and foster referral networks.

You will manage the loan pipeline, borrower communications, Salesforce administration, and marketing coordination, with growth into an Originator role as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of mortgage/financing or related experience.
• Experience supporting loan originators, sales teams, or relationship managers preferred.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales support to maximize RM time for prospecting and loan origination.
• Manage inbound applications and loan intake coordination.
• Maintain Salesforce records and pipeline reporting with accuracy.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and prospect outreach with RMs.
• Support borrowers and relationships with timely status updates and documentation.
