Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of software/AI engineering, platform engineering, or AI engineering experience.
Experience deploying AI or ML capabilities into production environments and designing scalable enterprise integration solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition of AI and machine learning solutions from pilot to production.
Define integration patterns connecting AI capabilities with enterprise business systems.
Establish production readiness standards, monitoring, and supportability requirements.
Define API contracts, versioning, and deployment workflows for AI products.
Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of AI services and pipelines.
Collaborate with data science, AI engineering, architecture, and business teams.
