Cavendish Professionals is partnering with a fast-growing UK tech company to hire multiple Applied AI Engineers. You will help build and scale the AI infrastructure behind a property-management platform, deploying LLM and agentic systems in production.

You'll work remotely across the UK and Europe, collaborating with product and engineering teams, owning architecture decisions, and delivering reliable, cost-efficient AI solutions with measurable impact.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering background.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/agentic systems in production.
• Experience with agent orchestration, tool calling, task decomposition and structured outputs.
• Strong understanding of production challenges around evaluation, reliability, latency and cost.
• CS or related technical degree.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale production-grade LLM and agentic AI systems.
• Develop multi-step agents, sub-agent orchestration and tool use.
• Build structured outputs and reusable AI workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops.
• Improve AI systems across latency, reliability, cost and hallucination rates.
• Help scale AI infrastructure as the business grows.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify and own new initiatives.
• Have significant influence over architecture and how AI systems are built.
