Motion Recruitment Partners in the United States (Waltham, MA) is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to deliver intelligent AI-powered applications in production. The role combines software engineering with generative AI capabilities and requires building scalable, observable, and reliable systems.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of production AI experience, strong Python/Go/Java skills, and a track record of delivering production-grade AI initiatives across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• 4+ years of experience implementing AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered capabilities in commercial applications.
• Strong programming experience with Python, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience building APIs, backend services, and scalable application architectures.
• Experience integrating AI technologies into customer-facing or business-critical platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern application development practices.
• Experience with performance monitoring, system reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy AI-powered application capabilities within production environments.
• Design services and integrations that support intelligent workflows and customer experiences.
• Connect AI technologies with existing software platforms and business systems.
• Develop evaluation and monitoring approaches for measuring AI effectiveness.
• Improve application reliability, scalability, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting AI-enabled systems.
• Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and technical planning initiatives.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization efforts across AI applications.
• Drive continuous improvements to engineering processes and standards.
