Qualifications

• Outgoing, proactive personality with strong goal-driven motivation.
• Knowledge of current agricultural practices.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and sit, stand, or squat for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment.
• Willingness and ability to mentor less-experienced candidates.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build customer relationships.
• Proficiency with computerized tools and reports.
• Strong math skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.

• Appraise trade-ins and lead equipment demonstrations.
