Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support customers in making informed decisions with tailored ag-equipment solutions.
• Leverage knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment to guide purchases.
• Appraise trade-ins and lead equipment demonstrations.
• Oversee product delivery and operator training.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Research industry trends and monitor competitors.
• Stay current on incentive programs and financing options.
• Develop innovative solutions that streamline processes and cultivate sales growth.
