Job Posting Title: Production Admin Intern, Spring 2027 Req ID: 10160178 Job Description: About the Role & Program Join us for the opportunity to intern with the team responsible for overseeing the production of content geared towards kids, teens and families for Disney+ and Disney Channel linear networks. We encourage teamwork, learning and development while striving to keep our creative output top in class. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, CA area from January 2027-June 2027. If selected for this opportunity, you will report to the Director of Production.

What You Will Do As a Production Admin Intern, you will learn about production from start to finish and gain exposure to the creative side through meetings. You will participate in pre-production, project setup, soft prep, physical production, and post-production activities, as well as assist with internal meetings, trackers, and weekly update emails. Some responsibilities that you will help with include:

• Updating and maintaining tracking grids and weekly reports
• Assisting with meeting agendas and note-taking in team and project meetings
• Assisting with basic admin duties i.e. answering phones, scheduling meetings and crew events

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027
• Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing & transportation for the duration internship program in the Burbank, CA area
• The pay rate for this role in California is $23 per hour.
