Job summary

You will participate in pre-production, project setup, and post-production activities, while updating tracking grids, supporting meetings, taking notes, and handling basic admin tasks such as phones and scheduling. The role offers a 40-hour week at $23/hour with potential benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining tracking grids and weekly reports.
• Assisting with meeting agendas and note-taking in team and project meetings.
• Assisting with basic admin duties i.e. answering phones, scheduling meetings and crew events.
