Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company seeks a Production Admin Intern in the Glendale, CA area for January 2027 to June 2027. You will learn end-to-end production for kids, teens and families across Disney+ and Disney Channel content, with exposure to meetings, trackers and weekly updates.

Ideal candidates are curious about TV/film production, detail-oriented, with strong communication and MS Office skills, and pursuing Film/Production or related studies.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college/university taking at least one class.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Eligible for Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

Responsibilities

• Update tracking grids and weekly reports.
• Assist with meeting agendas and note-taking in team meetings.

About the Role & Program

Join us for the opportunity to intern with the team responsible for overseeing the production of content geared towards kids, teens and families for Disney+ and Disney Channel linear networks. We encourage teamwork, learning and development while striving to keep our creative output top in class. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, CA area from January 2027-June 2027. If selected for this opportunity, you will report to the Director of Production.

What You Will Do

As a Production Admin Intern,youwill learn aboutproductionfrom start to finishand gain exposure to the creative side through meetings.Youwill participate in pre-production, project setup, soft prep, physical production, and post-production activities, as well as assist with internal meetings, trackers, and weekly update emails.

Some responsibilities that you will help with include:

• Updating and maintaining tracking grids and weekly reports

• Assisting with meeting agendas and note-taking in team and project meetings

• Assisting with basic admin duties i.e. answering phones, scheduling meetings and crew events

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Curiosity intelevisionproduction and postproduction

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meetall ofthebelow requirements:

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

• The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027

• Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

• Able to provide own housing& transportationfor the duration internship program in the Burbank, CA area

The pay rate for this role in California is $23 per hour.
