Job summary

Disney Kids and Family Production Management Intern, Spring 2027, Glendale, CA—an on-site, six-month full-time internship reporting to the Director of Production. You will assist the Studio Production Resource Group, gaining exposure to animation projects from development through production and using tools like Excel, Airtable, Confluence, and Canva.

You will support scheduling, meeting notes, and deck preparation for Executive Review, with opportunities to participate in cross-department

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Inquisitive mind that wants to learn with a positive attitude.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Senior year in Film, Cinematic Arts, English, Literal, or Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Prior administrative experience and familiarity with Airtable and Canva (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining Air Tables and interacting with weekly production reports.
• Participating in Series Launch Meetings.
• Collaborative projects with respective departments (recording and cross-collaboration with production departments).
• Assigned projects within the digital library pertaining to archival materials.
• Awards Season partnership with Awards Coordinator.
• Post, Records, and Script organizational sessions where applicable.
